Winter Trap League
2024-2025 WINTER TRAP LEAGUE

The Sackets Harbor Sportsman’s Club typically offers a Winter Trap League. The league uses two lighted 16-27 yard trap fields. All trap fields are capable of throwing single, double, and handicap targets. All fields are equipped with voice activated and/or manual releases.
When offered, Winter Trap League is shot Sunday mornings beginning in early December through mid-February.
This is a 300-bird shoot.
$20 Entry fee, $10.00 for 50 birds.
Summer NTTL Trap League
The Sackets Harbor Sportsman’s Club participates in the Northern Tier Trap League. Our club uses two lighted 16–27-yard trap fields. All trap fields are capable of throwing single, double, and handicap targets. All fields are equipped with voice activated and/or manual releases. Practice is Wednesday evenings starting 3:30 pm until 9:00 pm, and Sunday mornings 9:00 am until noon beginning in April. $5.00 per round of 25 targets for adults and $3:00 for Juniors. The NTTL league night is Thursday beginning in April through September with an end of league banquet to follow.

Fall Fun Trap League
The Sackets Harbor Sportsman’s Club offers the Fall Fun Trap League after the NTTL Summer league is over. This “just for fun” league runs from the last two Thursday’s in September until the end of October. Shooters may shoot up to three rounds and choose their best score to submit each week.
League nights are Thursday from 5-9pm for 6 weeks. Contact Ed Powell (Captain) at 315-778-5087 or Jim Thomas at 315-783-7383 for more information. This is a great opportunity to experience the fun of shooting “under the lights”.

Public Trap Practice
Trap practice at our club is open April through October to both our members and the general public every Wednesday evening from 3:30 pm – 9 p.m. and Sunday mornings, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The cost is $5.00 per round for adults and $4.00 for juniors.
